Order Processing & Production Time

All items are hand-customised and made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom (UK).

Processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the price of items unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees at checkout.
Free shipping is only available when clearly stated through a valid discount code or promotion.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

For USA buyers, duties and taxes are pre-paid and included in shipping costs. This prevents any extra charges for recipients upon delivery.

Shipping Responsibility & Liability

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service.
