1. One-of-a-Kind Creations

Each custom figure is completely unique. I will do my absolute best to recreate your requested design as accurately as possible; however, due to the handmade nature of my work, there may be slight differences in placement, colours, or small design elements.

2. No Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please be sure you are fully committed before purchasing.

3. Final Approval Photos

Before your order is shipped, you will receive photos of the completed custom to ensure you are happy with the final product.

If you would prefer your custom to be a surprise and not see the final photos, please let me know in advance when placing your order.

4. Design Changes & Add-Ons

The quoted price is based specifically on the agreed-upon design.

Once your order has been placed, additional design elements or changes cannot be added without an extra fee. Any requested additions will require additional payment.

5. Communication During the Process

I will be messaging you throughout the creation process to ensure you’re happy with your custom. Please check your messages regularly to avoid delays in completing your order.

6. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

Orders typically take a week up to one month to complete, depending on the level of detail.

If you need your order by a specific date or would like priority placement, please message me before purchasing to receive information about rush fees.

7. Shipping Policy & Costs

Please review my full shipping policy before placing your order to ensure your country is eligible for shipping. The countries I ship to are listed in my shipping policy. please confirm your country is included before purchasing.

Shipping rates start from the following:

UK: £3.99

EU: £13.99

USA & Canada: £20

Australia & New Zealand: £20

Middle East: £14

Asia: £16.99

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail to ensure safe and secure delivery.

For USA customers, I pay for PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) shipping. This means any postal duties or import charges are covered in advance to avoid surprise fees upon delivery. This is already included in the shipping cost.
